Some of life’s greatest lessons come from the most unexpected places. For me, one of those places was a basketball court where my team went from 14 players to just 5 by season’s end. As the story made national headlines, I learned something that would shape everything that followed: when things get tough, you stay true to yourself and keep pushing forward.

That resilience, combined with my natural leadership as a Division I point guard and team captain, prepared me for challenges I didn’t even know were coming. After graduating from Indiana University Indianapolis (IU Indy) with a degree from the Kelley School of Business, I spent my grad school years diving deep into the markets during COVID while pursuing my MBA at Le Moyne College. What started as curiosity evolved into a genuine passion for helping people navigate their financial lives.

A simple LinkedIn message to Mark three years ago opened the door to Maverick Partners, where I discovered my true calling. I realized there’s no limit to how much you can help someone when you understand their goals and can remove the stress that money often creates. The same competitive drive that made me South Jersey Player of the Decade now fuels my commitment to my clients, though my definition of winning has expanded far beyond any scoreboard.

I have spent recent years absorbing everything I can from Mark and John while developing my expertise in portfolio management and client relationships. My approach remains refreshingly straightforward—be genuine, stay curious, and always remember that behind every financial decision is a person with dreams they’re working to achieve. Whether I’m training for my next marathon or spending time with my family, I understand that success means different things to different people. I am committed to helping people define and reach their own version of winning.
