I learned this from the beginning, working alongside my father, Steve Goldstein. He showed me that kindness isn’t separate from professionalism. It is essential to do both. When my father later partnered with John and Mark, the transition felt seamless because they all shared the exact same values: putting clients first, acting with integrity, and treating every person with genuine respect. The way we treat people shapes not just outcomes but lasting relationships.
